Other

These are some of the other, random ramblings I've written. I love the written word in all its forms. How can I not write whenever I have the chance, about whatever I come across?

Satire

Non-Fiction

I wrote this for a non-fiction contest. The assignment was to write about a female scientist from a certain time period. I very much enjoyed getting to know this amazing, totally badass lady called Laura Bassi. I hope you do too.

Audio Stories

I've turned some of my stories into audio versions. Feel free to check them out.

Rainbow Stories

The Minnie Stories

Art

These are pieces I've done. I mostly work with watercolours or graphite pencil, but one piece was done with coffee instead of ink, and then finished digitallly.

Poppy (Watercolour)

Tulip (Watercolour)

Violet (Watercolour)

Butterfly Mask (Watercolour and Ballpoint)

Fallen Giant (Watercolour)

The Wind Carries (Watercolour and Ballpoint)

Heaven Fills My Mug (Coffee and Digital Processing)

Poetry

For an occasional poet, this list is getting rather long. Maybe I need to think about this...

Haiku

I rather like writing haiku. There's something about conveying an image in a single breath that keeps fascinating me.

UnintendedPoetry

This is something special. Sometimes, people say the most beautiful things. Damian Jay Clay, a dear friend of mine, a member of The Writers' Block and an amazing poet and poetry editor, points those things out to us by editing them and turning them into amazing, touching, funny and fabulous poems.

Here are the ones he did for me.

Tiny Teaches

The Tiny Teaches series began as a way to make life easier for the editors on The Writers' Block, and has begun to take on a life of its own.

In these posts, I try to adress these matters in a way that is as non-technical as I can make them, so they're accessible to writers of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
